On Friday, March 27th from 7-9:30pm, come to SoVino's glass walled private dining room for an exclusive wine dinner.

We'll start with a grower Champagne Pierre Peters Blanc de Blanc tasting with hors d'oeuvres followed by Burgundy's '04 Fougeray de Beauclair Fixin Clos Marion pairing with a new signature SoVino dish: Mussels in a spicy & savory broth with tender mushroom ragout topped polenta. Next we'll enjoy Filet of Beef Tenderloin with potato Lyonnaise & asparagus paired with the acclaimed Bordeaux, '04 Chateau Fonplegade, Grand Cru from St. Emillion (92 points Robert Parker). For our fourth course finale, enjoy your choice of three desserts and coffee or espresso.

It will be a very special evening. We invite you to book your seats now because we have only fourteen seats available when this message is being posted, and we will probably sell through most of them in the next three days.

This would be a perfect date night with your partner/spouse/special someone. Also this has been an ideal way for groups of couples to get together for a fun night and a special experience. We will have a brief discussion of these special, small production wines along with a pairing discussion with each course.
